I have known Rahim from the User Centric team for some time now, we have worked together on a few projects. On a recent project designing the RTA Kiosks, they surpassed the team’s expectations. They were able to demonstrate what the user needs and how we can provide that to them. The User Centric team are talented and dedicated, showcasing the “voice of the user” on their designs and flows. We would be using their team more in the future.
